Plastic Shower head Mould for Watering Cans

The plastic shower head is divided into two parts, one is the shower head, and the other is the body.

For the body mold design, the inclined guide pillar drives the 2 sliding blocks to slide when the mold is opened, then the center is pushed out of the body of shower head.  The body will be dropped automatically after ejecting by air blowing.  The cavity and core are inlaid which is easier to disassemble and machinery process.

For the design of the shower head, the small opening mold of the cavity is used to pump the insert of the cavity, and then the parting surface is opened, and the ejector plate ejects the shower head easily.
