The conventional plastic funnel is not easy for carry and storage.  

Now, some suppliers developed two-component plastic collapsible/flexible funnels which is foldable design, compact and convenient and space saving. 

It is made by PP on top edge and bottom to strengthen the main plastic part and TPE for the collapsible body.  

It could be used to sub package the cooking oil, cooking wine, vinegar and so on in the kitchen, can also be used to sub package various detergents, dish washing liquid, bath gel, shampoo and so on.

The two-component PP+TPE plastic funnels are made by double-color injection moulding technology. 

It could be made by double color rotary table injection moulding or two-step injection moulding to make PP part and TPE part by two different injection moulding machine.

No matter what kind of procedure on injection moulding, the folding part of double-color injection moulds needs very experienced designers to ensure the effect and feel of the folding, and the processing of mould fabrication should be very accurate, because the size of the folding place is very small, and the slight deviation may lead to bad feeling when folding. 

Meanwhile, the excellent knowledge on adjustment of injection parameters is the key-point to get good two-color plastic, because the folding position is very thin, easy to crack if it is not inject well.
