Plastic Soap Box Injection Mould

A soap box is a container used to hold soap. Generally put in the bathroom, lavatory and other places. The advantage lies in convenient access, can effectively protect the soap from being dissolved by water, and its color is fresh and bright, also can bring a person good mood。

Soap box can be divided into suction cup soap box, soap box with cover, soap dish and so on.

1.  Suction cup soap box: with strong suction cup, can be adsorbed on the bathroom wall, glass, ceramic tile, flexible and convenient.

2.    With cover type soap box: the soap box with a lid, the soap in which can be effectively moisture-proof and dustproof.

3.    Soap dish: a soap box designed in the shape of a plate.

From the practical point of view, the soap box must have the following design:

1. Anti-dip strip design. The anti-dip strip on the surface of the soap box can support the soap to a greater extent and reduce the probability of the soap soaking.

2. Drain tank design, convenient drainage. Soap box of the drain tank, convenient the water to flow out.

3. The bottom foot is designed to ensure that the soap box is at a certain height from the table. Even if there is water around the soap box, it will not be deposited in place.

The cavity is designed as a whole and the core is designed as separate insert, we use stripper to eject the product out and we make the stripper return back by the connecting rod.

Hot runner is used to injection the product, the advantage is to save the material, there is no extra material at the injection gate.
