Flip top cap injection mould for lotion bottles

Plastic Flip top lotion caps are mass-produced daily necessities which require smooth surface, beautiful shape and good to the touch.  A good flip top cap design must pay attention to the following points:

1. As the wall thickness of the flip top lotion cap is thin, the warp deformation is easy to occur after the injection.

2. The main body and the flip top are tightly fastened and should not be loosened.

3. The union between main body and flip top should be formed with sufficient folding resistance and folding property, and should not be too thin or too thick.  Besides the elasticity should be good, and the flip sound should be crisp.

4. The internal thread can be matched with the bottle body to seal, and the lotion can be prevented from flowing out from the inside of the bottle cap.
