Easy-Lock Two-color Plastic freshness box, Airtight Food Container Storage box, Crisper

Two-color injection products are widely used in our life especially for kitchenware.  Two-color injection products not only have more diverse color choices for consumers, but also many features that are not available in single color products.  For examples, this two-color freshness container lid, it has not only eye attractive appearance than single color one, but also sealing function for anti-leakage.

In general, the lid of airtight food container is inserted with silicon seal ring for anti-leakage of water and separating air.  However, the silicon seal ring will become loose after using couple days.  The gap between silicon and lid will be easy to have dust and bacteria residue.  During making the lid, it is necessary to have extra production line for assembly of silicon seal rings.  Meanwhile, the cost of silicon seal is higher than conventional plastic materials.

Now, the design of plastic food storage boxes is changed quickly, consumers always would like buy new design with colorful crispers.  The lid made by PP+TPE become more popular at market.  TPE has same characters with food grade, soft and anti-leakage as silicon.  It is could be made by standard injection moulding machine, and combined with PP well.  That’s why two-component lids of plastic food storage box is applied widely.

The airtight food containers are sold with 3-size in one set normally, 300ml+500ml+1L in one set, 500ml+1L+1.5L in one set, or 1L+2L+3L in one set.  The features of easy lock type two-color freshness boxes are as below:
