Two colors seal ring mold

Two colors seal ring molds.

Once again Focare Mould has successfully made another two colors seal ring mold for our customer.  This two colors seal ring mold is our 7^th two colors seal ring mold.  The two colors seal ring molds are made with 2316 stainless steel with heat treatment 45~48 HRC, and YUDO hot runner system.  The material is PP+TPE.  Why you should make two colors seal ring molds instead of single color ones?  The advantage of two colors seal ring molds are:

a)      Two colors seal rings are much easier to fit into pipes and fittings.  Because the material of two colors seal rings are PP+TPE.  TPE is soft and flexible and can help two colors seal rings perfectly fit in the groove without falling or slipping.

b)      A combination of PP and TPE are accurate in dimensions and provide leak proof joint at high pressure.

c)      It is easy to install two colors seal rings which can save your time.

d)      Two colors seal rings have low water absorbent and a long lasting life.
