Two-color flip top cap mold

Focare Mould has completed another two two-color injection flip top cap molds once more.  Two-color injection flip top cap mold is really complicated, especially for the union of first and second color.  Without good mold design, you may have problem of lack of material for second color, or flash for first color.

We use core puller to control the union of first and second color.  Besides as the core and cavity both need to be ejected for twice, the thickness of the mold will be thick, so if you would like to produce two-color injection flip top cap mold, you need at least 250T two-color injection molding machine.
