Troubleshooting-Plastic injection mould stuck

Due to suddenly power failure, mold can not be opened while machine is under high pressure clamping.  Please try below solution to open the plastic injection mould.

1. Change the open mold position from slow to fast to 0mm.

2. Change the fast opening pressure  to1 40 bar, increase speed up to 99%

3. Press the mold opening button repeatedly until toggle of plastic injection mould being moved.  Please don't ress the button of mold opening continually.

4. When the toggle system of plastic injection machine could be moved, please change the parameters of mold opening back as original setting.
