Double Color Lid of Airtight Lock Box Plastic Injection Mould

Airtight containers are the most optimal food preservation. It is suitable for refrigerators, freezers and dishwashers.  Meanwhile, these airtight boxes may also be stacked and nested to maximize the space available as effectively as possible and to organize your fridge and cupboards perfectly. The double color cover of freshness box is designed with latch to secure closing and a nice smooth opening, which is easy to handle, be stackable for optimum refrigerator organization.  Moreover, it is available for glass food storage containers or plastic boxes.

The volume of rectangular airtight lock box is 0.2L, 0.7L & 1L, the one of square box is 0.6L, 0.9L & 1.6L.  All these freshness boxes are designed with stackable and nested to minimize storage space.

Lids are made by double color rotary injection moulding which plastic material is PP and TPE.  TPE is soft material and substitute for Silicone, moreover, PP and TPE could be plasticized together well, no gap and not easy to remain dust between PP and TPE.  The mold of this double components lid is designed for making injection from inside of cover.  That’s said, there is no injection gate on top of outside tip, which could be made with in-mold labeling system to have label on top of cover.

Latch design is to secure better locking, reserve freshness of food and anti-water leakage.  The latch could be designed for using all different sizes of containers for saving production cost.  It also could be engraved with seller’s brand or mark for corporate identification.
